Hope for Healthy Families would like to welcome a new addition to the HFHF family. Ms. Priscilla G. Esparza earned her graduate degree in Counseling Psychology from National University. Ms. Esparza brings with her over 2 years of counseling experience including career counseling and process group therapy. As a cancer survivor, Priscilla has sought to promote purposeful living in herself and others. To this end, she utilizes a brief approach to therapy called Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT). Ms. Esparza fosters the psychological flexibility needed to unearth any “blocks” that may have prevented clients from living meaningful and fulfilling lives. Furthermore, she provides clients with the concrete skills needed to build self-esteem, reduce stress, and improve interpersonal relationships.
