Registered Associate Marriage & Family Therapist # 79162
Every person experiences adversity at some point in their lives. Sometimes you need an unbiased therapist to help you process personal issues and see situations from a different perspective. I can do that for you in a kind, caring, person centered way! I believe in meeting the client where they are at emotionally. Together we will use a variety of techniques to facilitate healing such as Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming exercises, Art Therapy and other methods that may apply. I have a B.A. in Liberal Studies and a M.S. in Counseling from California State University, Sacramento (CSUS). For the past 30 years I have worked closely with children and parents from diverse backgrounds in a teaching capacity. My specializations are in grief counseling, family relationships and coping skills related to anxiety. Congratulations on taking the first step towards self-improvement.
