Marriage & Family Therapist Trainee
Hello, my name is Jackie Yang. I have a B.S. in Psychology at William Jessup University and am currently a WJU Graduate student in the Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology program. I am a Marriage and Family Therapist Trainee at Hope for Healthy Families Counseling Center, under the supervision of Patricia Vargas, LMFT #111468.
I strive to create a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment for all individuals, families, or groups to be able to speak comfortably in therapy. Also, I aspire to build a therapeutic relationship based on trust and respect with clients, so they feel heard, validated, and understood.
I understand that people have different experiences, so it may be easy for some to seek professional help; for others, it may be a challenging task; it also takes much courage to reach out for help. Therefore, I am committed to helping you to meet your needs and assisting you in finding the best method to achieve the goals you may have.
I look forward to working with you and supporting you through the therapeutic process.
Please feel free to reach out to me by phone at 916-813-5462 or by email at [email protected].
