Hello, I’m Tiffany Mejia, and I’m here to support you if you’re feeling like life is on autopilot-going through the motions without truly being present, or finding it hard to stay motivated with even the simplest tasks. Maybe stress and anxiety have started to make everyday activities more difficult to manage.
I believe therapy can be a transformative process, offering tools to shift negative thought patterns and improve wellbeing. My approach is collaborative, working alongside you to define your goals and build a path toward positive change. I aim to create a therapeutic environment that’s safe, supportive, and grounded in trust, compassion, and even a bit of humor, so you can feel empowered on your journey of personal growth.
In our work together, I strive to ensure you feel genuinely seen, heard, and free from judgment. I understand that life can be frustrating when things don’t go as planned, and I encourage a path of self-exploration and education to help you feel better. Since therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all, I honor each person’s unique worldview and experiences.
My practice embraces clients from diverse backgrounds, and I bring cultural awareness and sensitivity into every session. I’m committed to fostering meaningful communication and equipping you with tools to nurture a healthier, more balanced life.
I’m here to listen, to understand who you are, and to help you achieve your therapeutic goals. Using a combination of Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Solution-Focused techniques, I tailor my approach to meet your specific needs and preferences.
Let’s embark on this journey of healing and growth together, where your wellbeing is at the forefront, and your progress is celebrated every step of the way.
