Welcome! I’m Shoni Morris.
My therapeutic approach is to create a genuine space for clients to feel safe, establish trust, and feel accepted. It’s also okay to feel like things are a mess and I encourage asking questions and educating oneself towards a path of feeling better. There is no one size fits all sort of therapy, and I value people’s perspective and worldview.
This means feeling genuinely seen, heard, and free from judgment. My work embraces individuals from all walks of life, with a special fondness for supporting children, youth, and their families. I have an understanding of the diverse nature of family and cultural dynamics, enriching my therapy sessions with cultural sensitivity. I am committed to facilitating meaningful communication and understanding for couples and individuals, providing the tools and skills necessary for nurturing healthier relationships
I am here to listen and learn about who you are and what your goals for therapy might be. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused techniques, I am adept at integrating a spectrum of approaches, including Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TFCBT), tailoring my methods to fit your unique needs and preferences.
Embark on a transformative journey with me, where your wellbeing is the priority, and your personal growth is celebrated. Let’s navigate the path to healing together.
