Rates
We see clients based on a sliding scale and their ability to pay. Fees are determined while setting the first appointment. Fees are reevaluated every six months.
Insurance
In order to keep our costs low, we are happy to provide a receipt for services so you can submit directly to your insurance. We do offer billing for Victim (Witness) of Crime Compensation.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of service. Check, Cash, MasterCard, VISA, Discover and PayPal are accepted forms of payment.
Please add a $2.00 fee to any payment made via credit card or paypal.
Cancellation Policy
Our counselors schedule an appointment just for you. If you are unable to make it to your scheduled therapy appointment, please kindly give 24 hours notice. By providing this notice, other clients are able to be seen. If 24 hours notice is not given, you will be charged your full session fee. Emergencies can and do happen, please contact your counselor to communicate this information
