Hello, my name is Veronica Saechao. I am a Marriage and Family Therapist Trainee at Hope for Healthy Families Counseling Center and am currently under the supervision of Pat Vargas, LMFT #111468. I am currently pursuing my master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy at Alliant International University and received my bachelor’s degree in psychology from California State University, Sacramento. I am a member of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy and The International Honor Society in Psychology, Psi Chi.
I am passionate about helping empower clients to live their best life by using a strength-based, solution-focused therapeutic approach. Together, we will identify the unique resources you have and work on practical strategies to help you reach your goals with confidence. I value and respect diversity and strive to provide a safe and welcoming space for clients of all backgrounds.
As a mom to three wonderful kids, I have gained experience that has deepened my understanding of resilience and the power of connection. In my spare time I love to read, explore and create art, and spend time in nature.
I offer both in-person and virtual session for individuals, couples, and families. Reach out today to schedule your initial session. Collaboratively, we’ll transform challenges into opportunities and pave the way for a future where you truly thrive.
