Licensed Marriage Family Therapist
I am a Licensed Marriage Family Therapist. I have a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from California State University, East Bay and a Master’s degree in Counseling from the University of Phoenix. I am a strength-based therapist that works with clients from a positive and affirming perspective. I give my clients an open, non-judgmental, and emphatic environment to explore their needs and empower them to overcome life’s circumstances. I believe in the resiliency of the human spirit and people’s ability to create the future they desire. I work from various theoretical orientations, mainly focusing on the Humanistic Existentialism and Cognitive Behavioral approach. I am experienced working with people from various cultures and backgrounds and enjoy working with individuals, couples, and families. I am a member of the California Association of Marriage and Family Therapist and am excited that you have chosen to take this first step in living up to your fullest potential.
