I am passionate about assisting individuals in navigating their challenges. In our counseling sessions, my goal is to empower each client to recognize their inner strength and control over their lives. I believe in exploring multiple solutions to problems and empowering clients to choose the path that resonates with them. I am committed to supporting clients through all emotions, be it joy, sorrow, grief, or shame. My diverse background encompasses family life, academic achievements, sports, non-profit involvement, and employment with the Lodi Unified School District. Outside of work, I find solace in yoga, reading, cherished moments with family, live music and cheering for the San Francisco Giants baseball games.I am a marriage and family therapist trainee holding a BA from Hofstra University and currently pursuing an MA in Counseling at Western Seminary under the clinical supervision of Patricia Vargas, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist 111468.
