Marriage and Family Therapist Trainee
I am a Marriage and Family Therapist Trainee at Northcentral University working under the supervision of Patricia Vargas LMFT #111468. I graduated with a BA in Psychology from Sacramento State University with an emphasis in general psychology in 2016. I am currently gaining experience as a therapist in the Narrative and Bowen model of family therapy at the Elk Grove and Arden locations.
I highly believe each person has their own story to tell and that challenges and obstacles can be overcome with the right mindset and proper care and work towards the main therapeutic goal.
I also believe therapy should be a safe space to talk and work with any current issues you might be having in your-day to-day life. I believe therapy should help the individual process and overcome different challenges in life while offering the potential for personal growth. As a therapist, I aim to collaborate with you on your therapeutic goals and treatment as well as offer a safe space to discuss any important issues that may need further work, offering a friendly setting for my clients.
