Hi there, I am a Marriage and Family Therapist trainee at under the supervision of Monika Paschal LCSW #75310. I received my Bachelor’s degree in psychology from DeSales University in Pennsylvania and I am now working towards my Master’s in Holistic Clinical Counseling from John F Kennedy School of Psychology under National University. That said, formal education only gets us so far. My deepest learning comes from engaging with others with openness and curiosity about how we all experience being human, individually and together. My professional experience includes working with children, adults, and elderly populations – as well as animals!
I’m here to learn about you, but also with you, and to together explore and experiment with new ways of being so that you may access your most enriching life experience. I know the great benefits that therapy has given me, and I hope to pay forward the same rewards through our work together. As a holistic practitioner, I have an eclectic toolbox for assessing and addressing health in all aspects of your being – mind, body, and spirit. I sit with you not as an authority, but as a humble companion, guide, and holding container. I believe deeply in the innate worth and wisdom of all beings, if only we are willing to allow ourselves to be open to discovering and accepting it. I’m excited to join you in your struggles and celebrations and to be a supportive and receptive space for anything you’d like to express, explore, or altar. I can also offer you skills and tools so that when our time ends, your work can continue under your own power.
